Amy Mastin has spent 23 years serving the families of Clark County. Nearly seven years ago, she was appointed by the District Court Judges to be a Family Court Hearing Master, to serve at their discretion and under the supervision of the Family Court Presiding Judge. She was originally assigned to Clark County's civil domestic violence court. For more than six years she heard upwards of 8,000 domestic violence cases per year in a County with one of the highest domestic homicide rates in the coun ...
