Description
Cesar Almase was born in the Philippines, and emigrated with his family to the US in 1973. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Juris Doctorate, from West Virginia University, and started his legal career in Las Vegas as the law clerk to District Judge Valorie Vega. Following that clerkship, he briefly practiced as a civil litigator at an insurance defense firm, and then went on to work in the Clark County Public Defender’s Office.
