Description
Dustin R. Marcello has worked to defend the indigent under the Criminal Justice Act for those charged with federal crimes and has acted as conflict counsel in State Court for indigent clients. He has argued in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and has conducted numerous jury trials. He taught at the Boyd School of Law, and testified before the State Senate on issues affecting the courts.  ...This candidate has not submitted a description.
