Fikisha Miller attended Howard University in 1998, serving as a Patricia R. Harris Public Service Fellow at the Multi- Door Dispute Resolution Center in Washington, D.C. She then went on to study law at Tulane University, including studying under Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist.
