Mark B. Bailus is a longtime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Valley High School in Las Vegas and studied Political Science in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He went on to study law at Pepperdine University School of Law. In 1979, he returned to Las Vegas where he currently resides with his wife of 33 years, Stephanie Bailus. They have two adult children.
