This candidate has not submitted a description.Stephanie Charter grew up in a large family in the Mid-West. Her parents divorced when she was in middle school. She attended Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska where she was a member of the International Moot Court Board and earned a highest grade award in Advanced Constitutional Law.
