Description
For the first five years, William Voy heard domestic matters related primarily to divorce, custody and child-support. Mr. Voy also presided over the Adult Mental Health Civil Commitment Court for Clark County. He was selected to preside over the Clark County Juvenile Delinquency Court and continues in that capacity. In 2005, Mr. Voy established the nation’s first specialty court for sexually exploited youth.
